Learn-A-Thon is a national-level learning initiative by Cisco Networking Academy, designed to motivate students to enroll, learn, and complete industry-recognized IT courses.
During Phase 1, students enroll in eligible Cisco Networking Academy courses through official academy links. Each enrollment, course completion, and digital badge earned contributes points to the academy’s overall score.
Software Technology Park is participating in this Learn-A-Thon with the goal of registering maximum students and securing a Top-3 position nationwide.
This phase focuses on skill development, certification, and academic excellence — forming the foundation for advanced competitions in later phases.
The Learn-A-Thon competition transforms learning into a challenge, where student participation directly contributes to academy success.

The three highest-scoring academies from each participating country will qualify for Phase 2: EMEA Cisco Networking Academy Cup – Capture the Flag. Each qualifying academy will nominate a team of four students to represent them in this advanced technical competition starting on 16 April 2026.
The Capture the Flag challenge features exclusive content developed in collaboration with Real Madrid and Cisco, highlighting the digital transformation of the iconic Santiago Bernabéu Stadium.
